Ateneo de Davao University ranked 24th Best Value University for International Students among 243 universities in the Philippines, placing among the Top 60% of Best Value University World Rankings by

The Best Value University rankings are StudyAbroadAide’s second-ranking category after the Best University rankings. It focuses on the combined factors of affordability and academic reputation.

“As quality education and affordability are the topmost factors learners consider when choosing a university, being part of the best value ranking would not just expose you to a greater audience. It also reflects where your institution stands amongst its peers, emphasizing the excellence you offer to your students while being able to meet most of their budgets,” University Database Lead Roxanne Naguinlin told Atenews.

StudyAbroadAide’s methods in ranking best value universities are based on the academic quality of institutions, with this factor accounting for 75% of the evaluation, and the difference between the universities’ tuition fees and the country’s average tuition fees, with this factor comprising 25% of the evaluation to gauge the institution’s affordability.

Before an institution is assessed with these indicators, it must also meet these specific criteria: Must be an accredited tertiary educational university, should be offering bachelor’s and master’s programs or either of both, must have an official university website, and the school must have an updated list of tuition fees.

When asked about the ranking’s relevance to the students, Best Value University Rankings help them assess and find the institution that provides the best value for their money.

“…it allows them to see which institutions can offer high-quality education at affordable to reasonable price points. After all, most students would want the best training and learning they can get, but not everyone has the privilege of an unlimited tuition budget,” Naguinlin stated.

End the silence of the gagged!
