The School of Education Sharks were never threatened in the way of sweeping the Humanities and Letters Wolves 2-0 in the Women’s Volleyball game last Wednesday afternoon at the Ateneo de Davao University Annex .

The first set emerged to be intense for the Lady Sharks, winning by a close margin, 25-19. The Sharks’ team captain aptly ended the set with a menacing spike.

Though the Lady Wolves managed to give everything that they could for the next set, the Sharks were just too powerful to beat. The Lady Sharks finished off the final round comfortably, winning by a huge margin, 25-13.

In the men’s volleyball game, the School of Education Sharks gained a 2-1 victory in a tightly-contested game against the Humanities and Letters Wolves.

The first set of the game ended with a 9-point gap in favor of the Sharks, winning the set 25-16. However, the Wolves managed to force the game to a third set, winning the second 25-18.

After a nail-biting third set, the Sharks finished the Wolves off with a close score of 25-23.
