Students from the School of Business and Governance (SBG) lifted their competitive spirits as the university formally opened the SBG Innovation Exposition 2019 on Monday.

The School of Business and Governance Innovation Exposition 2019 is 3-day exhibit showcasing innovative products from students of the Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Agriculture Studies.

The said event also held activities that engaged and tested the students’ feasibility and skills in sales.

Activities include Food Tourism, a food competition, and the Wealth Creation, an innovative product contest.

Meanwhile, the event marks its second anniversary. Because of its successful opening, Dr. Jenner Chan, Dean of the School of Business and Governance, expressed his great attention to the main objective of the event.

“We innovate because it alleviates poverty and creates wealth. We should remember to equitably give this wealth for the needs of the people,” he said.

The Grand Opening and Official Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony was held at the Arrupe Hall.
