The University community became one in celebration of the 200th Year of the Restoration of the Society of Jesus during the University Mass held at the Fr. Martinez Sports Complex, Ateneo Matina Campus last Thursday, January 8, 2014.

The Grade School, High School, and College levels of Ateneo de Davao celebrated the Eucharist which was headed by the University President, Fr. Joel Tabora, SJ together with the other Jesuit priests of the University community.

Fr. Tabora’s homily focused on living our lives to the fullest. This was in light of the recent passing on of Jandi Navales, a student of the university’s high school unit. This inspired many Ateneans to make the most out of the time they have left here on Earth. This inspiration was amplified by Fr. Tabora’s homily.

The Holy Eucharistic Celebration ended with hopeful glee and happiness from every Atenean who attended.
