The Ateneo Roxas ground was filled with students as they sang to the rhythm of the songs during the Musikahan.

A total of seven bands played and serenaded the crowd carrying the theme, “Seasons of Love.”

Colors of the traffic light: red, green and yellow were dominant colors of the night. Each color represents a status: red for people who are in a relationship, green for people who are single and yellow for people with complicated relationships.

“ Love is like a traffic light, there are three colors which are our guide to know when to stop, to let go, and to take action,” said SAMAHAN Secretary General, Patricia Regino.

One of the event’s highlights was the awarding of the Best Couple of the Night which was given to Arianne Clenuar and Arnell Joseph Yap.

“I’m happy and at the same time grateful that I was able to show the whole Ateneo how proud I am to have her as my girl,” Yap said.

As the night carried on, people crooned and jived with the bands as they sing songs about love, heartbreak and friendship.

End the silence of the gagged!
