On the first game of the men’s basketball tournament, the Faculty Lions closed out the NSM Falcons, 44-36, Friday afternoon, at the ADDU-Annex Gym.

Gabriel Lizada had a stellar performance for the Lions and was the leading scorer with 20 points on 8/12 field goal shooting, including two 3-point shots.

On the Falcons’ side, Jesher Arsenio had a valiant effort with 11 points on 5/10 field goal shooting.

The SS Dragons had a dominating win over the SOE Sharks, 64-46, during the second game.

Leo Lasola had an excellent performance for the Dragons with 16 points on 8/10 field goal shooting and grabbed three rebounds.

On the Sharks side, Kristian Adolfo was the leading scorer with 16 points on 8/10 shooting.
