By request of the Samahan, the Asian Cultural Bazaar was extended til February 18 at the Arrupe Hall for the celebration of the College Days 2016.

The Bazaar started last week together with the launching of the Arts and Cultural Month and the opening of the new cluster in the University, the Arts and Culture cluster.

According to Reazen Uy, President of Ateneo Filipino-Chinese Community, the event was organized to share to the students the culture of the different places in Asia. And as well as the celebration of the Chinese New Year last February 8.

Different booths are available in the bazaar and activities and products are still available til Friday. The AFCC offers wedding booths, and fortune cookies. The Filipino-Korean sells different kinds of Korean foods. And ArtCo offers Henna.

“We did this event para matapok ang different culture sa Asia, such as the Chinese, Korean and Filipino-Muslims,” Uy added.

The bazaar is organized by the AFCC, in partnership with ArtCo, Filipino-Korean and Salam. However, Salam participated only on the first day.
