The Social Sciences (SS) cluster of the Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) conducted an outreach program for the Indigenous Persons (IPs) living at the UCCP Haran, Father Selga compound, Davao City last Oct. 2 at 2PM.

The program entitled “Paha Lipay sa Haran” included games and snacks for the IPs who mainly originated from Kapalong and Talaingod.

SS cluster representative Roberto Zamora, Jr. expressed his sentiments regarding the event.

“For me, it was undoubtedly the happiest afternoon of my life because in such ways I’ve contributed happiness to the two communities,” he said.

Zamora also expressed his gratitude towards the cluster’s organizing sponsors.

“I want to extend my warmest gratitude to Y’s Men Club of Metro Davao with the assistance of YMCA for shouldering all the expenses. To AFS and to my SS SEC family for the time and effort upon making this event a successful one,” he stated.
