To commemorate the celebration of the International Day to end impunity, Atenews, Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Agham Pampulitika ng Ateneo (SAMAPULA) and Ateneo Photographers Society (APS) launched a week-long photo exhibit at Thibault Grounds last November 21.

The launching focuses on how impunity affects our society. Mr. Anderson Villa, professor of the Political Science and History department, delivered a talk on social issues to enrich the students’ awareness regarding impunity. An open forum followed after the talk.

“Don’t feel disconnected with these social realities; we should engage ourselves into this kind of activities,” Villa said.

The crowd jived to Kuntaw’s playful beats, a fusion of indigenous and modern music as a concluding part of the program.

The photo exhibit will run from November 23-29 at the Thibault grounds.
