To express the students’ gratitude and appreciation, teaching and non-teaching personnel were invited to attend a thanksgiving program at the Arrupe Hall last Feb. 20.

The program, dubbed as Araw ng Gabay 2017, was organized by the General Assembly of Class Presidents.

Faculty members participated in parlor games facilitated by the students. These games included “The Boat is Sinking”, a sack race, an eggplant relay, Limbo Rock, and “Paint Me a Picture”.

The faculty were entertained by intermission numbers prepared by the students that involved a song number and a magic show.

Rafael Gaid, a faculty member, serenaded the program by performing a song number.

Student volunteers were also present to distribute tokens of appreciation to all the personnel.

Noel G. Caballes, another faculty member, shared how he enjoyed the program.

“The event was quite entertaining and I did have fun especially that the teachers were cooperating in the fun. It felt like a new experience for me.”

GACP Chairman Alyenna Kate Cifra dedicated her gratitude to the teaching and non-teaching personnel during the closing remarks.

“For the teaching personnel who give us inspiration and for the non-teaching personnel who continue to support our experience in this constitution, maraming-marami salamat po. Today we give honor for you, guys and we hope and pray that you continue to inspire and touch lives especially to us, students.”

A communal feast was also prepared for the faculty during lunch break.
