The Mindanao Peace Games culminated at the 4th floor of Martin building last October 28 with the awarding and cultural performances of the various participating schools.

The culmination started with a song by the Filipino boy band Y-Fi and the recognition of the athletes of the host and visiting schools.

It was followed by the awarding officiated by Coach Noli Ayo.

The awarding was followed by the different cultural performances of the student athletes.

Next was the competition for the MPG Ambassadress 2017. The criteria for the top Ambassadress included the confidence, voice, poise, and audience impact of the contestants.

Daisy Vhel Calvo of La Salle University-Ozamis was crowned champion while Johanie Macungay of Datu Ibrahim Paglas Memorial College and Theresa Montalbon of Holy Cross Davao College won second and third places respectively.

The event ended with a song courtesy of the young Viva singer Jayrah Adeva and the athlete’s pledge headed by Coach Noli Ayo.

1st runner up- Ateneo de Davao University team B
2nd runner up- Xavier University

Table Tennis:
Champion- Holy Cross Davao College
1st runner up- Fr. Saturnino Urios University
2nd runner up- Xavier University

Badminton:
Champion- Xavier University
1st runner up- Ateneo de Zamboanga University
2nd runner up- Ateneo de Davao University

Chess:
Champion- Xavier University
1st runner up- Holy Cross Davao College
2nd runner up- Ateneo de Zamboanga University

Swimming:
Champion- Ateneo de Davao University
1st runner up- Xavier University
2nd runner up- Ateneo de Zamboanga University

For the group games, the winners are:
